What CRM data do goals pull from?
Goals connect to any CRM object in Salesforce or HubSpot: deals, leads, contacts, tickets, or custom objects. You define which records count using filters, attribution rules, and date properties.
Can I set different targets for different partners?
Yes. Set a default target for all partners, then override individual values per partner. This lets you scale goals across hundreds of partners while still personalising expectations for top-tier or high-priority partners.
How is goal progress calculated?
Progress is calculated in real time based on CRM data. Introw compares actual performance to expected performance at this point in the goal period. If a partner has a €100K quarterly target and it's halfway through the quarter, they'd be expected to be at roughly €50K.
What do the goal statuses mean?
Goals show one of six statuses: Not started, On track (meeting or exceeding expected progress), Behind (slightly under expected pace), Critical (50%+ behind expected pace), Achieved (target met), or Ended (period closed without completion).
Can partners see their goals?
Yes. Partners can view their goals and progress directly in the Introw portal. They can also see which CRM records contribute to their progress so there's full transparency into how numbers are calculated.
How do notifications work?
You can notify partners via email or Slack when their goal status changes or when they fall behind. You can also bulk-notify all partners who are at risk on a specific goal in one click.
Do I need to update goals manually?
No. Goals update automatically from your CRM. As deals close, leads are submitted, or activities are logged, progress reflects instantly, no manual input required.
